Company Prefers Ungodliness in the Workplace

Pray for a worker in NEVADA where the company is permitting a cross-dressing male to have a locker in the women's locker room.  Also, pray for a worker in INDIANA who is asking God to allow him to witness to a homosexual co-worker.  Pray for Christian employees NATIONWIDE whose employers are giving preferential treatment to homosexuals and actively preventing workers from sharing the hope of the Gospel with them.

School is Back in Session

Pray for Christian schools all across America as they begin a new school year and seek to educate a generation of committed Christians based on God’s principles.  Pray for homeschool parents as they work to train their children, and also pray for the Christians working in America’s public schools as they seek to be salt and light to this generation of young people.  CLA defends the rights of Christians nationwide involved in training and reaching the next generation for Jesus Christ.

Soul-Winners Harassed

Pray for Christians in MICHIGAN who are being taunted by teenagers when they witness in the local park. Police are observing, but are reluctant to make arrests because the teens are not breaking any laws. Pray that these teens will respond positively to the Gospel they are hearing.Church Funds Recovered:  Praise the Lord that attorneys for CLA were able to assist a church in INDIANA after a check sent to an overseas missionary was stolen. 

Christian Accommodated

Praise the Lord that after contacting CLA a health care worker in ALASKA will be accommodated regarding her religious conviction against prescribing certain abortion-inducing drugs.

Equal Access for Christians

Please pray that Senior Centers in SOUTH CAROLINA will permit participants to have a Bible study groups.  Attorneys for CLA have explained to these organizations that Christians must have the same privileges as everyone else under the law.Private Property Rights:  Praise the Lord that after consulting with attorneys for CLA, a NORTH CAROLINA resident was permitted to place a Scripture poster in the window of his own home.  Neighbors had objected to the content of the sign.

No Adult Clubs

Pray for churches in a WISCONSIN town who are exercising their free speech rights to picket in an attempt to dissuade an adult club from opening in their area.  Sadly, these kinds of sexually oriented businesses are expanding in many areas across the nation.

Building for the Lord

Pray for a church in MISSOURI that has just completed a building project and is now being told that they must meet additional city code requirements.  CLA works with churches nationwide as they seek to use their property for the Lord.
